<div><span>Sarà che, di fondo, mi piace autoprodurre un pò di tutto, che amo l&#8217;homemade perchè so quello che ci metto dentro, che sono una nostalgica e guardo con rimpianto ai tempi (mai vissuti) in cui si faceva il pane in casa per tutta la settimana, quasi come fosse un rito, fatto è che ogni volta che capita di farlo, mi sembra di percepire un pò dell&#8217;atmosfera magica che accompagna questo rito.</span></div>

<div><span>Ingredienti:</span></div>
<div><span>400 gr di farina ai cereali</span></div>
<div><span>150 gr di farina manitoba</span></div>
<div><span>190 ml di acqua</span></div>
<div><span>50 ml di latte</span></div>
<div><span>1/5 cubetto di lievito di birra</span></div>
<div><span>40 ml di olio di semi</span></div>
<div><span>1 cucchiaino di zucchero</span></div>
<div><span>1 cucchiaino e mezzo di sale</span></div>
<div><span>50 gr di semi misti.</span></div>

<div><span><br /></span></div>
<div><span>Mischiare in una ciotola le farine e il sale.</span></div>
<div><span>&nbsp;In un bicchiere riscaldare il latte e l acqua e scioglierci dentro il lievito, aggiungere lo zucchero, l&#8217;olio e &nbsp;le polveri impastando a lungo, alla fine aggiungete i semini.</span></div>

<div><span>&nbsp;Se l&#8217;avete, usate un robot o il bimby (io ho usato la velocità spiga per 2 minuti).</span></div>
<div><span>Continuate ad impastare due minuti con le mani, fate una palla e lasciatela lievitare nel forno coperta per due ore.</span></div>

<div><span>Trascorse le due ore, appiattite l&#8217;impasto e con il matterello stendetelo in un rettangolo che avvolgerete su se stesso fino a formare un filone. Adagiare il filone nello stampo da plumcake e farlo lievitare nuovamente per altre 2 ore.</span></div>
