Sono facili da preparare anche se i tempi sono lunghi ma per tutti i tipi di brioche è così, la lievitazione deve essere lunga per ottenere un prodotto soffice. </i></b></span><br /><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a><span><b><i>Queste brioche sono anche light, senza l&#8217;aggiunta di burro nè di uova e neanche di zucchero raffinato. Ma attenzione proprio perchè senza grassi non rimangono soffici per molto tempo, quindi si possono congelare appena sfornate e raffreddate oppure possiamo passarle un attimo nel microonde.</i></b></span><br />
