Oggi una proposta golosa che si può anche definire una ricetta del riciclo, quando vi trovate con della pasta corta avanzata, piuttosto che con avanzi di formaggi nel frigorifero. Ottima da servire per un aperitivo o un brunch (ormai l’avete capito che io sono quella degli “sfizi salati”), sarà perché a me garba tanto spizzicare questo e quello piuttosto che sedermi a tavola per un pranzo canonico di tre o più portate. Potete preparare queste mini pies anche anticipatamente, congelarle e scongelarle al momento, per esempio quando ricevete ospiti improvvisi per un aperitivo. Per il condimento della pasta io ho proposto questo ai formaggi ma voi potete anche lasciare libera la fantasia con salse e sughi che più vi garbano.

<p>Quando rimango senza idee corro subito da lei a prendere qualche idea per preparare qualcosa di veloce e goloso da mettere in tavola. Non so voi ma io che da marzo sono in cucina per colazioni, pranzi, cene, merende per tutta la famiglia avrei anche esaurito la voglia e soprattutto la fantasia di stare ai fornelli. Pertanto le ricette diventano sempre più sprint senza però nulla togliere alla voglia di mettere in tavola&#8230;</p>

<li><span>1 bustina di zafferano</span></li>
<li><span>250 ml di panna da cucina</span></li>
<li><span>Parmigiano</span></li>
<li><span>120 grammi di speck a fette sottili&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>1 cipolla</span></li>
<li><span>Latte qb</span></li>
<li><span>Pepe nero</span></li>
<li><span>Olio</span></li>

<div><span>Soffriggere nellolio la cipolla tritata, aggiungere lo speck tagliato a straccetti, dopo 1 minuto aggiungere la panna e scioglierci lo zafferano, se si addensa troppo aggiungere del latte, quindi pepe nero e parmigiano.&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>frattempo lessare la pasta in abbondante acqua bollente salata, poi scolarla e saltarla in padella con la salsa allo speck e zafferano. &nbsp;Spolverizzare con del parmigiano.&nbsp;</span></div>
