<li>200 g panna da montare zuccherata</li>
<li>100 g fragole frullate</li>
<li>20 g <b><i><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.paneangeli.it/decorazioni/decorazioni-semplici/zucchero-al-velo/zucchero-al-velo-vaniglinato">zucchero al velo vanigliato Paneangeli</a></i></b></li>
<li>40 g fragole a cubetti</li>
<li><b><i>X decoro :</i></b></li>
<li>3 roselline di burro</li>
<li>1 fragola</li>
<li>foglioline di menta</li>
</ul>
<p><b><i>Preparazione :</i></b>
<ol>
<li>Tagliare la fragola in due lasciando anche le foglioline e fare due ventagli.</li>
<li>Versare la panna in una terrina dai bordi alti e semi-montare con le fruste elettriche.</li>
<li>Aggiungere il frullato di fragole e lo zucchero al velo e continuare a lavorare fino ad ottenere una panna ben montata.</li>
<li>Mettere la panna alle fragole in una sac a poche con la bocchetta a stella.</li>
<li>Disporre 5 merendine su un vassoio rettangolare.</li>
<li>Farcire con metà della crema ottenuta e distribuire le fragole a cubetti.</li>
<li>Coprire con altre 5 merendine.</li>
<li>Decorare con la crema rimasta, con le roselline di burro, con le metà fragole a ventaglio e con le foglioline di menta.</li>
<li>Si può servire anche subito !</li>
