<p><strong>Preparazione</strong><br />
Lavare tagliare le zucchine a tocchetti ;  nella padella olio evo cipolla affettata , fare imbiondire la cipolla aggiungere le zucchine cuocere con un bicchiere di acqua , salare<br />
Lessare i mezzani con cottura al dente , finire la cottura nel condimento aggiungendo l&#8217;acqua di cottura , mantecare con la robiola e parmigiano<br />

<p><strong>Ingredienti :</strong><br />
500 g di ziti<br />
500 g di pomodorini pachino<br />
Olio evo<br />
Uno spicchio di aglio<br />
1 peperoncino<br />
200 g parmigiano grattato con 100 gr di pecorino<br />
abbondante basilico tritato<br />
sale q.b.</p>
<p><strong>Preparazione</strong><br />
Mettere in una pentola l’olio con l&#8217;aglio e farlo riscaldare aggiungere i pomodorini e lasciarli disfare insieme a un po acqua bollente, sale, peperoncino e fare cuocere per circa 20 min. a fuoco basso . Cuocere i ziti al dente e versarli in una pentola anti aderente con poca acqua di cottura, nel filetto di pomodoro, il basilico ed il formaggio e fare mantecare sul fuoco per circa 2-3 minuti (deve diventare cremoso).</p>
