<p><span>La mia mamma era maestra nella preparazione &nbsp;delle verdure nonché nella cottura dei legumi&#8230;</span><br /><span>Con tutta la mia biona volontà non sono mai riuscita ad eguagliarla anche se mio genero e mia figlia apprezzano molto quello che preparo quando sono a casa &nbsp;loro&#8230;</span><br /><span>I carciofi &nbsp; nel modo che suggerisco oggi non fanno parte delle sue ricette ma le zucchine alla poveretta sì..</span><br /><span>Sì proprio alla <b>poveretta</b> perché cucinate con quello che si ha in casa &nbsp; senza andare ad acquistare nulla.. a parte le zucchine naturalmente&#8230;</span><br /><span>I carciofi richiedono più tempo, ovviamente, ma solo per la loro pulitura .&nbsp;</span><br /><span>Vale comunque la pena di dedicare loro un po&#8217; delle nostre attenzioni&#8221;!</span><br /><span><br /></span>

<p><span>Man mano che sono pronti porli su una teglia grande ricoperta da carta da forno e cospargerli con poco parmigiano&#8230;</span><br /><span>Infornare in forno preriscaldato a 190° per circa 30&#8242; rigirandoli &nbsp;a metà cottura..</span><br /><span><br /></span>
