<p>A soup dream !! Say no more! :-)</p>
<p><b>Ingredients for 4 people:</b><br />300 grams of lentils<br />500 grams of brown chestnuts of Cuneo<br />1 leek Cervere big enough<br />2 liters of vegetable broth prepared before<br />rosemary, sage<br />extra virgin olive oil<br />salt and pepper</p>
<p><b>Method</b><br />Soak the lentils in water at room temperature for about 12/16 hours.</p>
<p>Cook the chestnuts in a pot of water for about 50 minutes, 1 hour. When they are cooked, drain and allow to cool, then peel and cut into pieces not very large.</p>
<p>In a saucepan, make a sauce with oil and onion. then add the lentils and broth and cook for about an &#8216;hour and a half (with regard to the amount of stock, regulator you depending if you like more or less liquid). Then add even chestnuts and leeks cut into slices, rosemary and sage and cook for 25/30 minutes. A perfect score cooking, served with a little extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of pepper.</p>

Non aggiungo altro!:-)</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone:</b></span><br /><span>300 grammi di lenticchie</span><br /><span>500 grammi di castagne marrone di Cuneo</span><br /><span>1 porro Cervere abbastanza grande</span><br /><span>2 litri di brodo vegetale preparato prima</span><br /><span>rosmarino, salvia</span><br /><span>olio extravergine di oliva</span><br /><span>sale, pepe</span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span><span><b>Procedimento</b></span><br /><span>Fate ammollare le lenticchie in acqua a temperatura ambiente per circa 12 / 16 ore.&nbsp;</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Fate cuocere le castagne in una pentola di acqua per circa 50 minuti, 1 ora. Quando saranno pronte, scolatele e fatele raffreddare, quindi sbucciatele e tagliatele a pezzi non molto grandi.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>In una pentola, fate un soffritto con olio e cipolla. Aggiungete quindi le lenticchie e il brodo e cuocete per circa un&#8217; ora e mezza (per quanto riguarda la quantità di brodo, regolatevi voi a seconda se vi piace più liquida o meno). Unite quindi anche le castagne e il porro tagliato a rondelle, il rosmarino e la salvia e cuocete per altri 25 /30 minuti. A perfetta cottura ottenuta, servite con un filo di olio extravergine di oliva e un pizzico di pepe.</span>

<p><b>Ingredients for 16 mini burgers</b><br />240 grams of cooked quinoa pre<br />200 grams of cooked lentils pre<br />100 grams of corn flour<br />40 grams of chickpea flour<br />20 grams of roasted sesame seeds<br />60 grams of sunflower seeds<br />20 grams of flaxseed<br />1 red onion<br />1 teaspoon sweet paprika<br />1 teaspoon ground ginger<br />1 hot pepper<br />2 tsp turmeric powder<br />2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<br />salt<br /><b><br /></b><b>Method</b><br />In a large bowl, put all the ingredients, then, using a spatula, mix everything evenly.</p>
<p>Take a baking sheet and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Helping with a pastry cutter with a diameter of 6 cm, formed many small disks of compound.</p>
<p>Bake at 200 degrees for about 30/35 minutes.</p>

<p><span>De savoureux hamburger végétalien avec addition d&#8217;épices.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Ingrédients pour 16 mini hamburgers</b></span><br /><span>240 grammes de cuit pré quinoa</span><br /><span>200 grammes de lentilles cuites pré</span><br /><span>100 grammes de farine de maïs</span><br /><span>40 g de farine de pois chiches</span><br /><span>20 grammes de graines de sésame grillées</span><br /><span>60 grammes de graines de tournesol</span><br /><span>20 grammes de graines de lin</span><br /><span>1 oignon rouge</span><br /><span>1 cuillère à café de paprika doux</span><br /><span>1 cuillère à café de gingembre moulu</span><br /><span>1 piment</span><br /><span>2 c de curcuma en poudre</span><br /><span>2 cuillères à soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive extra vierge</span><br /><span>sel</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>processus</b></span><br /><span>Dans un grand bol, mettre tous les ingrédients, puis, à l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une spatule, mélanger le tout uniformément.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Prenez une feuille de cuisson et placer sur une feuille de papier sulfurisé. <p><b>Ingredienti per 16 mini hamburger</b><br />240 grammi di quinoa pre cotta<br />200 grammi di lenticchie pre cotte<br />100 grammi di farina di mais<br />40 grammi di farina di ceci<br />20 grammi di semi di sesamo tostato<br />60 grammi di semi di girasole<br />20 grammi di semi di lino<br />1 cipolla rossa<br />1 cucchiaino di paprika dolce<br />1 cucchiaino di zenzero in polvere<br />1 peperoncino piccante<br />2 cucchiaini di curcuma in polvere<br />2 cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva<br />sale</p>
<p><b>Procedimento</b><br />In una ciotola capiente, mettete tutti gli ingredienti, quindi, aiutandovi con una spatola, amalgamate omogeneamente il tutto.</p>
<p>Prendete una teglia da forno e mettete sopra un foglio di carta forno. Aiutandovi con un coppapasta del diametro di 6 centimetri, formate tanti piccoli dischi di composto.</p>
<p>Infornate a 200 gradi per circa 30 / 35 minuti.
