<div><i><span>I biscotti di frolla vegan erano una delle tante cose da fare, prima o poi. </span></i></div>
<p><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a><i><span>Dovevo mettere in pratica le nozioni che ci erano state date durante i corsi di cucina salutistica ai quali ho partecipato.</span></i>
<div><i><span>L&#8217;imperativo è quello di introdurre nella nostra alimentazione , quotidianamente, frutta secca e semi, così ricchi di oligoelementi nobili che ci aiutano a mantenerci sani.</span></i></div>
<div><i><span>Avevo qualche perplessità sulla duttilità di un impasto così ma mi sono, completamente, ricreduta!!</span></i></div>
<div><i><span>Quindi ho provato a fare dei biscotti gustosi, senza grassi animali, senza uova, ma arricchiti dalle noci , semi secchi e profumi della mia Terra!&nbsp;</span></i></div>
<div><i><span>Ammetto che il risultato ha superato ogni mia piu&#8217; rosea previsione . Sono venuti dei biscotti friabili e profumati. Perfetti per il languorino di metà mattinata o per la merenda . La quantità di frolla che ho ottenuto con queste dosi l&#8217;ho utilizzato per fare i biscotti e anche una crostata.</span></i></div>

<p><b>Ingredienti:</b><br />- 500 gr. farina 00<br />- 140 gr. olio di mais &nbsp; oppure &nbsp;200 gr. margarina<br />- 200 gr. zucchero a velo<br />- 80 gr. acqua<br />- 3 cucchiai di gherigli di noci <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.mielelattanzi.it/"><b>LATTANZI</b></a><br />- 2 cucchiai di semi di sesamo<br />- 2 cucchiai di semi di girasole<br />- 2 bacche di anice stellato<br />- 2 semi di cardamomo<br />- la scorza grattugiata di 2 mandarini non trattati<br />- vaniglia semi<br />-1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci</p>
<p><b>Procedimento:</b><br />- tostare lievemente i gherigli delle noci<br />- frullare finemente le noci tostate, i semi di sesamo, i semi di girasole, le bacche di anice stelalto e i semi di cardamomo<br />- grattugiare la scorza dei mandarini<br />- emulsionare l&#8217;acqua e l&#8217;olio<br />- in una impastatrice o nel mixer o in una ciotola, mettere la farina con tutti gli ingredienti e impastare sino ad ottenere una frolla liscia<br />- stendere l&#8217;impasto piuttosto spesso, mezzo dito<br />-. formare dei biscotti della forma desiderata<br />- infornare in forno caldo a 170° per 10 minuti</p>
