<div>  <span>Succo di limone </span> <span> (circa 10 limoni spremuti)  ½ l </span> </div>

<div>  <span>Zucchero </span> <span> (bianco o di canna) 100 g </span> </div>

<h2>Preparazione</h2>

<p>Versate in una pentola il succo di limone e l’acqua, quindi scaldate sul fuoco per qualche minuto affinché il liquido si riscaldi leggermente.</p>
<p>Aggiungete a pioggia lo zucchero mescolando continuamente in modo da farlo sciogliere bene.</p>
<p>Togliete la pentola dal fuoco e lasciate raffreddare lo sciroppo ottenuto.</p>
<p>Versate il tutto in una vaschetta di metallo e riponetela in freezer.</p>
<p>Dopo circa mezz’ora date un’energica mescolata per rompere i cristalli di ghiaccio più grossi e rimettete in freezer.</p>
<p>Ripetete la stessa operazione ogni mezz’ora (oppure ogni quarto d’ora se il composto tende a compattarsi velocemente).</p>
<p>Dopo circa 3 ore la granita è pronta.</p>
<p>Se risulta troppo aspra aggiungete dello zucchero alla ricetta in base ai vostri gusti.</p>
<p>Alcuni (con un frullatore potente) realizzano la granita in pochi minuti frullando dei cubetti di ghiaccio insieme allo sciroppo di limone.</p>
<p>I procedimenti esposti vi consentiranno di realizzare non solo granite al limone, ma anche di menta, di anguria, di fragola, di melone, di caffè ecc.</p>
