<div><span>In una ciotola lavorate con una frusta le uova e un pizzico di sale. Unite la farina di quinoa, il caffè solubile al ginseng e il cacao setacciato, mescolando bene con una spatola.</span></div>
<div><span>Aggiungete quindi poco latte alla volta fino ad ottenere una pastella liscia, ma non troppo liquida. Talvolta non è necessario unire tutto il latte.</span></div>
<div><span>Non appena avrete ottenuto la vostra pastella, lasciatela riposare in frigorifero per almeno 10-15 minuti. </span></div>
<div><span>Fate scaldare una padella antiaderente e spennellate con poco olio, eliminando quello in eccesso con carta assorbente.</span></div>
<div><span>Versate poca pastella nella padella e fate ruotare fino a quando non avrà coperto tutta la superficie. Lasciate cuocere qualche minuto per lato. Disponetele man mano su un piatto e farcitele a piacere.</span></div>
