<p>Ingredienti</p>
<p>1 Kg Picanha<br />2 albumi<br />1 Kg sale grosso<br />1 spicchio d&#8217;aglio</p>
<p>Amalgamate in una ciotola il sale con gli albumi e l&#8217;aglio schiacchiato</p>
<p>Versate parte della miscela sulla pirofila e posatevi sopra la carne avendo cura di lasciare la parte grassa sopra.</p>
