<p><strong>Vi serviranno:</strong></p>
<p>250 ml di acqua<br />
50 g di burro<br />
150 g di farina senza glutine<br />
4 uova intere<br />
1 pizzico di sale<br />

<h3><span>ENGLISH:  SAINT JOSEPH&#8217;S  ZEPPOLE (Gluten Free)</span></h3>
<p><span>Have you ever tried to make cream puff with gluten-free flour? I did try last year so I decided to make zeppole, another typical italian pastry cream puff.</span></p>
<p>Ingredients</p>
<p>250 ml water</p>
<p>50 g butter</p>
<p>150 gluten-free flour</p>
<p>4 eggs</p>
<p>salt</p>

<h3><span>ESPAÑOL:    ZEPPOLE DI SAN JOSÉ</span></h3>
<p><span>¿Alguna vez han preparado profiteroles con harina sin gluten? Bueno, yo ya había intentado el año pasado y el resultado fue excelente, así que este año decidí probar a preparar  &#8220;zeppole&#8221;, son pastelitos tipico de Italia que se preparan el dia de San Jose&#8217; para celebrar el dia del papá que, en Italia, se celebra el mismo dia de San José.</span></p>
<p><strong>Los ingredientes que necesitarán son:</strong></p>
<p>250 ml de agua<br />
50 g de mantequilla<br />
150 g de harina sin gluten<br />
4 huevos<br />
1 pizca de sal<br />
