<div><b><u>Ingredienti per circa 30 biscotti:</u></b></div>
<div>175 gr di farina bianca di tipo 0</div>
<div>125 gr di burro</div>
<div>70 gr di zucchero semolato</div>
<div>1 bustina di vanillina</div>
<div>1 uovo intero</div>
<div>1 pizzico di sale fino integrale</div>
<div>½ cucchiaino di lievito in polvere per dolci</div>
<div>gherigli di noci</div>

<div><b><u>Procedimento:</u></b></div>
<div>In una ciotola versare la farina, lo zucchero semolato, la vanillina, il burro morbido, l&#8217;uovo e un pizzico di sale fino e infine il lievito in polvere.</div>
<div>Impastare con le mani e formare un panetto da mettere a riposare in frigo per 20 minuti avvolto nella pellicola trasparente.</div>
<div>Foderare una lastra da forno con carta da forno; con le mani formare della palline grandi circa come una noce, posizionarle distanziate nella teglia premendole leggermente e su ognuna mettere un gheriglio di noce, pressandolo leggermente in modo che aderisca all&#8217;impasto.</div>
<div>Cuocere i biscottini per circa 15 minuti circa nella parte media del forno preriscaldato a 180°C in modalità ventilato.</p>
