<div>Per prima cosa sbucciate le patate e fatele a cubetti.</div>
<div>In una pentola capiente fate imbiondire la cipolla.</div>

<div>Aggiungete il passato di <i><span>Datterini Bio Il Fino</span></i> e le patate a cubetti.</div>
<div>Versate 1lt circa di brodo vegetale e lasciate cuocere 1 ora.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Quando le patate saranno diventate cremose,</div>
<div>aggiustate di sale e buttate la pasta.</div>
<div>Spegnete la minestra quando la pasta sarà cotta al dente.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Servite la minestra spolverando di parmigiano e una bella macinata di peperoncino.</div>
