<p><span><i>Condite il pangrattato con sale e versatelo su un piatto piano. Stendete un foglio grande di pellicola su un piano di lavoro.Quindi preparate i <b>cordon bleu</b> versando un po’ di impasto circa 1 cucchiaio su della pellicola, copritela con la pellicola e con le mani appiattite l’impasto fino ad ottenere una fetta molto sottile di carne quindi disponete una fetta di prosciutto e due di formaggio,ricoprite con la carne aiutandovi sempre con la pellicola, appiattite e formate delle&nbsp;“cotolette” o datele le forme che volete, anche a semiluna.</i></span></p>
