Cut the tomatoes and add them to the bowl by combining pesto and tomatoes. further seasoned with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and serve at room temperature.</p>

Scolate quindi nuovamente e mettete i grani e i piselli in una ciotola. Tagliate i pomodori e uniteli alla ciotola unendo il pesto e i pomodori. Condite ulteriormente con un filo di olio extravergine di oliva, salate pepate e servite a temperatura ambiente.</span></p>

<p>Macaroni pasta with three simple ingredients from my totally organic garden! Good health in a single dish.</p>
<p><b>Ingredients for 4 people:</b><br />400 grams of macaroni Gragnano<br />1 black oval eggplant<br />1 shallot<br />half a tablespoon of tomato paste<br />500 grams of San Marzano tomatoes<br />fresh basil<br />extra virgin olive oil<br /><b><br /></b><b>Method</b><br />Peel and remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Cut them into pieces not very big and cook in a pan where you have previously prepared a fried with oil and chopped shallots. Add half a glass of water, half a tablespoon of tomato paste and cook for about 1 hour.</p>
<p>Cut the eggplant into cubes and zucchini. Add them to the tomato sauce and cook until the zucchini and eggplant will be perfectly cooked. Add the basil, cook then turn off the heat and cover.</p>
<p>In a pot of hot water, cook the pasta. When it is ready, drain it and toss it in the pan with the sauce. Then served hot.</p>

Coupez-les en morceaux pas très grands et faire cuire dans une poêle où vous avez déjà préparé un frit avec de l&#8217;huile et les échalotes hachées. Ajouter un demi-verre d&#8217;eau, une demi-cuillère à soupe de pâte de tomate et faire cuire pendant environ 1 heure.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Couper les aubergines en cubes et les courgettes. Ajoutez-les à la sauce tomate et faire cuire jusqu&#8217;à ce que les courgettes et les aubergines seront parfaitement cuits. Ajouter le basilic, cuire puis éteignez le feu et couvrir.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Dans une casserole d&#8217;eau chaude, faire cuire les pâtes. Quand il est prêt, égoutter et mélanger dans la casserole avec la sauce. Tagliateli a pezzi non molto grandi e fateli cuocere in una padella dove avrete preparato precedentemente un soffritto con olio e trito di scalogno. Aggiungete mezzo bicchiere di acqua, mezzo cucchiaio di concentrato di pomodoro e cuocete per circa 1 ora.</p>
<p>Tagliate la melanzana a cubetti e le zucchine. Aggiungetele al sugo di pomodoro e cuocete fino a quando le zucchine e le melanzane saranno perfettamente cotte. Unite il basilico, fate insaporire poi spegnete il fuoco e coprite.</p>
<p>In una pentola di acqua calda, cuocete la pasta. Quando sarà pronta, scolatela e fatela saltare in padella con il condimento. Servite quindi caldo.

Cambiare il modo di vedere le cose, reinterpretare il contesto,<span>  </span>pensare in modo positivo certamente favoriscono uno stato di calma, ma spesso non e&#8217; sufficiente o non ci si riesce. E&#8217; utile, in alcuni momenti, provare a fare qualcosa per distrarre la mente e concentrare l&#8217;attenzione altrove. Mantenere la calma e&#8217; piu&#8217; facile quando si pratica la CUCINA TERAPIA: non tutti sanno che il semplice atto di cucinare agisce su alcuni neurotrasmettitori capaci di ridurre l&#8217;intensitá di queste emozioni, ci si rilassa, il livello di ansia diminuisce e si riduce drasticamente lo stress favorendo l&#8217;energia positiva e l&#8217;autocontrollo.</p>

<p>Per una vita piú rilassata provate con la preparazione degli impasti, preparare pane, biscotti, torte é estremamente liberatorio, é l&#8217;ideale per canalizzare delle energie, per scaricare la rabbia, é uno straordinario mezzo di trasporto delle nostre emozioni. Ci sono ricette semplicissime per le quali non é necessario essere chef o pasticceri. Questi gustosi dolcetti sono facili da realizzare, in un&#8217;oretta circa li avrete pronti in tavola, da gustare tiepidi, con marmellata e con burro. Ho imparato a farli quando vivevamo a Sydney. Li preparava spesso un amico quando ci si ritrovava al pomeriggio durante y weekend, anche se quando gli ho chiesto la ricetta mi ha &#8220;confessato&#8221; che molte volte lui usava il preparato <span title=':)'>:)</span>  In Australia vengono serviti tradizionalmente per il té e vengono accompagnati con della panna leggermente montata oltre naturalmente a qualsiasi tipo di confettura. Il segreto per una buona riuscita degli scones sta nel non impastare molto gli ingredienti e non usare molta farina quando si stende l&#8217;impasto per tagliarli. E lo so che puó sembrare non facile ai non addetti ai lavori <span title=':)'>:)</span>  ma sono sicura che con un pochino di pratica ci si riesce. Vi lascio due ricette una con le uova e l&#8217;altra senza, il procedimento é lo stesso, solo cambiano le proporzioni degli ingredienti</p>
<p><strong>Ingredienti ricetta con le uova:</strong></p>
<p>450 g di farina<br />
2 uova<br />
120 g di zucchero<br />
120 g di burro a temperatura ambiente<br />
100 ml di latte<br />
120 g di chips di cioccolato (facoltativo)<br />
1 pizzico di sale<br />
1 bustina di lievito per dolci</p>
<p><strong>Ingredienti ricetta senza uova:</strong></p>
<p>450 g di farina<br />
100 g di zucchero<br />
100 g di burro<br />
150 ml di latte<br />
1 pizzico di sale<br />
1 bustina di lievito per dolci</p>
<p><strong>Preparazione:</strong></p>
<p>Preriscaldate il forno a 200C</p>
<p>In un bowl mescolate la farina con il lievito, aggiungete il burro tagliato a dadini e mescolate con la punta delle dita. Unite lo zucchero ed il cioccolato e mescolate ancora. Aggiungete le due uova, il latte e lavorate rapidamente fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.</p>
<p>Stendete l&#8217;impasto su un piano di lavoro un po&#8217; infarinato formando una sfoglia di circa 2 cm, ritagliate gli scones con una formina rotonda, va bene anche un bicchiere, l&#8217;importante é che non sia molto largo. Sistemate gli scones su una placca da forno imburrata, spennellate con un pochino di latte e infornate per circa 15 minuti.</p>
<p>(Attenzione a non bruciarli, se vi accorgete che la temperatura del forno é troppo alta riducetela a 180C).</p>

<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<p>Preheat oven to 200 C.</p>
<p>In a bowl mix the flour with the baking powder, add the butter cut into small cubes and mix with your finger. Add sugar and chocolate and stir again. Add the eggs, milk and quickly knead the dough until you get a smooth paste.<br />
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to form a layer of about 2 cm, cut out the scones with a pastry cutter, or a glass for example, it is important that it is not too wide.<br />
Place the scones on a baking tray, greased with butter, spacing them a little apart, brush the tops with a milk and bake for about 15 minutes, or until risen and golden brown. You can serve them warm or cold.<br />
The secret to making successful scones is not to handle the mixture too much and to add too much flour when you roll out the dough.<br />
(Be careful not to burn them, if you realize that the oven temperature is too high reduce it to 180C).</p>

<p>Yo aprendí a hacerlos en Sydney, un amigo solia prepararlos cuando nos juntábamos los fin de semanas. En Australia se sirven tradicionalmente para el té, con nata ligeramente batida y por supuesto con cualquier tipo de mermelada. Les dejo dos recetas una con huevos y una sin huevos para los que la prefieren. Se preparan de la misma forma. <span lang="es"><span>El secreto</span> <span>para el éxito de</span> <span>los scones </span><span>es</span> <span>no mezclar</span> mucho <span>los ingredientes y</span> no usar <span>una gran cantidad</span> <span>de harina </span><span>cuando la</span> <span>masa se estira</span> <span>para cortarla.</span> </span>Al principio puede parecer difícil para lo que no son muy prácticos en la cocina pero estoy segura de que lo lograrán.</p>
<p><strong><span>Ingredientes receta con huevos:</span></strong></p>
<p>450 g de harina<br />
2 huevos<br />
120 g de azúcar<br />
120 g de mantequilla en cubitos<br />
100 ml de leche<br />
120 g de chips de chocolate (opcional)<br />
1 pizca de sal<br />
2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear</p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes receta sin huevos:</strong></p>
<p>450 g harina<br />
100 g de azucar<br />
100 g de mantequilla en cubitos<br />
150 ml de leche<br />
1 pizca de sal<br />
2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear</p>
<p><strong>Preparación:</strong></p>
<p>Precalentar el horno a 200 C.</p>
<p>En un bol mezclar la harina con el polvo de hornear, agregar la mantequilla cortada en cubos pequeños y mezclar con los dedos. Añadir el azúcar y el chocolate y agitar de nuevo. Añadir los huevos, la leche y amasar rápidamente la masa hasta obtener una pasta suave. Estirar la masa sobre una superficie enharinada para formar una capa de aproximadamente 2 cm, cortar los bollos con un cortador de galletas redondo, tal vez un vaso, lo importante es que no sea demasiado grande. Colocar los scones en una bandeja de hornear engrasada con mantequilla, cepillar con un poco de leche y hornear durante unos 15 minutos.</p>
