<p>Exquisite, scented, with all 5 tastes required by the cuisine of the 5 elements. Must try.</p>
<p><b>Ingredients for 4 people</b><br />320 grams of durum wheat spaghetti<br />200 grams of tomato sauce prepared before<br />10 pitted black olives<br />10 pitted green olives<br />1 hot pepper<br />1 teaspoon dried tarragon<br />50 grams of shelled pistachios<br />extra virgin olive oil<br />salt, black pepper<br /><b><br /></b><b>Method</b><br />In a nonstick skillet, toast the pistachios, then crush them coarsely in a mortar.</p>
<p>In another pan, heat the sauce then add the olives cut in half, tarragon and cook for about 20 minutes over low heat.</p>
<p>In a pot of hot water, cook the pasta. Drain and toss it in the pan with the sauce. Add the chopped pistachios, cook then serve immediately.</p>

Faut essayer.</span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span><span><b>Pour 4 personnes</b></span><br /><span>320 grammes de spaghetti de blé dur</span><br /><span>200 grammes de sauce tomate préparée avant</span><br /><span>10 olives noires dénoyautées</span><br /><span>10 olives vertes dénoyautées</span><br /><span>1 piment</span><br /><span>1 cuillère à café d&#8217;estragon séché</span><br /><span>50 grammes de pistaches décortiquées</span><br /><span>l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive extraverginedi</span><br /><span>sel, poivre noir</span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span><span><b>processus</b></span><br /><span>Dans une poêle antiadhésive, griller les pistaches, puis les écraser grossièrement dans un mortier.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Dans une autre casserole, faire chauffer la sauce puis ajouter les olives coupées en deux, l&#8217;estragon et cuire pendant environ 20 minutes à feu doux.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Dans une casserole d&#8217;eau chaude, faire cuire les pâtes. Égoutter et de le jeter dans la poêle avec la sauce. Ajouter les pistaches hachées, cuire et servir immédiatement.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><br /></span>Squisita, profumata, con tutti e 5 i gusti richiesti dalla cucina dei 5 elementi. Da provare assolutamente.<br /><b><br /></b><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone</b><br />320 grammi di spaghetti di grano duro<br />200 grammi di sugo di pomodoro preparato prima<br />10 olive nere denocciolate<br />10 olive verdi denocciolate<br />1 peperoncino piccante<br />1 cucchiaino di dragoncello essiccato<br />50 grammi di pistacchi sgusciati<br />olio extraverginedi oliva<br />sale, pepe nero<br /><b><br /></b><b>Procedimento</b><br />In una padella antiaderente, tostate i pistacchi, quindi pestateli grossolanamente in un mortaio.</p>
<p>In un&#8217;altra padella, scaldate il sugo poi aggiungete le olive tagliate a metà, il dragoncello e cuocete il tutto per circa 20 minuti a fuoco basso.</p>
<p>In una pentola di acqua calda, cuocete la pasta. Scolatela e fatela saltare in padella con il condimento. Unite la granella di pistacchio, fate insaporire poi servite subito.</p>
