Sono un contorno ricco e sfizioso che possiamo usare anche come secondo piatto o per cena basta accompagnarle con un&#8217;insalata verde e abbiamo un piatto completo. A secondo di </i></b></span><br /><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a><span><b><i>quando servirle possiamo farcire in mille modi diversi le Patate a Fisarmonica, possiamo scegliere diversi affettati o solo formaggi o insieme o semplicemente con erbe aromatiche e un filo d&#8217;olio, insomma scegliete quello che vi piace e poi riprovate a farle in modo diverso.</i></b></span><br />

<p><i><br /></i><i>e tagliarle a fette stando attenti a fermarsi a circa 2 cm. dalla base magari aiutondovi con due cucchiai di legno o due stecchini da mettere al lato lungo delle patate.&nbsp;</i><br /><i><br /></i>

<p><span><i><br /></i></span><span><i>sotto l&#8217;acqua corrente poi pulirli, tirare la testa e staccare</i></span><i>&nbsp;le interiori, poi da dentro togliere anche la penna di cartilagine e lavare bene sotto acqua corrente la sacca del calamaro e la testa dopo aver tolto anche il becco corneo. Infine eliminare la pelle della sacca, risciacquare e mettere da parte.</i><br /><i><br /></i>

Per farcire la Parmigiana di Peperoni ho usato degli avanzi di pancetta e formaggio che avevo in frigo, ma naturalmente possiamo farcire con </i></b></span><br /><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a><span><b><i>prosciutto cotto o crudo, salame, formaggio dolce o piccante, insomma quello che preferite o che secondo voi sta bene con i peperoni. Questo succulento piatto l&#8217;ho accompagnato con un vino di alta qualità il <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://wineshop.cantinesettesoli.it/shop/settesoli-grillo-bio-2016/" target="_blank">Grillo Bio delle Cantine Settesoli</a>, un vino bianco dal profumo delicato.</i></b></span><br />
<h2><b><i><span>Ricetta&nbsp;PARMIGIANA DI PEPERONI</span></i></b></h2>
<p><span><b><i>Ingredienti&nbsp;</i></b></span><br /><span><i>4 peperoni carnosi</i></span><br /><span><i>100 g di pancetta affumicata</i></span><br /><span><i>4 sottilette</i></span><br /><span><i>50 g di provola affumicata</i></span><br /><span><i>1 cucchiaio di pangrattato</i></span><br /><span><i>2 cucchiai di pecorino</i></span><br /><span><i>prezzemolo</i></span><br /><span><i>sale e pepe q.b.</i></span><br /><span><i><br /></i></span><span><i><b>Procedimento</b></i></span><br /><span><i>Prendere 4 peperoni grandi e carnosi, lavarli e metterli nella teglia da forno che avremo ricoperto di carta. Infornare nella parte alta e accendere il grill, lasciarli 10 minuti per lato, così che la pelle esterna dei peperoni si abbrustolisca. Togliere da forno e far raffreddare i peperoni nella carta del pane o in una busta, così facendo la pelle verrà via in un attimo. Passati 15/20 minuti pulire i peperoni privandoli della pelle, del torsolo e dei semi interni senza passarli sotto l&#8217;acqua.</i></span><br /><span><i><br /></i></span>
