<p>Ecco, accantonate il <b>budino di chia</b> per un po&#8217;, perché, ve lo dico la colazione perfetta adesso è lo <b>smoothie</b>, ma versato direttamente nella ciotola!</p>
<p>Da quando ho scoperto gli <b>smoothie di spinaci </b>non ne posso più fare a meno: Le combinazioni sono pressoché infinite, con qualche ingrediente in più possono risolvere anche un <b>pranzo leggero </b>ma con tutti i<b> nutrienti </b>che ci servono.<br />E poi è<b> superveloce</b>, quindi anche per chi è sempre di corsa è l&#8217;ideale, pochi colpi di frullatore e la colazione è pronta.<br />Prossimamente aspettatevi altre ricette di <b>smoothie bowl</b>, ma nel frattempo vi aspetto su <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://instagram.com/laangie/" target="_blank"><b>instagram</b>,</a> per avere ricette e consigli in tempo reale, come sempre vi aspetto ogni mattina con una <b>colazione</b> sempre diversa e sempre <b>fit</b>! cercate <b>#foodmorning </b>e mi troverete!</p>

<p><b><br /></b><b>Ingredienti per 2:</b><br /><b><br /></b>1 mela<br />1/4 di avocado<br />1/2 banana<br />2 manciate di spinacini &nbsp;( biologici )<br />200/250 ml di latte vegetale ( vi consiglio quello di &nbsp;mandorle o cocco )<br />3 noci ( oppure 4 mandorle o nocciole o anacardi&#8230; )</p>
<p><b>Toppings:</b><br /><b><br /></b>Fettine di banana<br />Noci<br />Polline<br />Mirtilli<br />Granella di cacao crudo<br />Lamponi<br />Ribes rosso<br />Kumquat<br />tutto quello che volete.<br /><b><br /></b><b><br /></b><b>Come si fa:</b><br /><b><br /></b>Aggiungete tutti gli ingredienti nel frullatore, parte del latte e frullate fino ad avere un composto omogeneo. Aggiungete altro latte, poco alla volta, per regolare la densità.<br />Assaggiate e aggiustate di sapore e consistenza, se vi piace più dolce aggiungete altra banana o , dolcificate con un lo sciroppo di acero.<br />Se lo volete più cremoso e corposo, invece, aggiungete l&#8217;avocado.

<p><b>Toppings :</b><br /><b><br /></b>Banana slices<br />Walnuts<br />Pollen<br />Blueberries<br />Chopped raw cocoa<br />Raspberries<br />Red currant<br />Kumquats<br />everything you want.<br /><b><br /></b><b><br /></b><b>Directions:</b><br /><b><br /></b>Add all ingredients in a blender, part of milk and blend until&nbsp;&nbsp;creamy and smooth.<br />Add more almond milk to adjust the consistency<br />Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more ripe banana (or maple syrup) for sweetness, &nbsp;or avocado for creaminess.</p>
