<div>1 litro di alcool alimentare</div>
</li>
<li>45 noccioli di pesca</li>
<li>350 ml di acqua</li>
<li>300 gr di zucchero semolato</li>
</ul>
<p align="justify">PROCEDIMENTO</p>
<div><b>Lasciare in infusione i noccioli nell&#8217;alcool</b> per <b>40 giorni</b> in un contenitore di <b>vetro</b> al <b>buio</b>.</div>
<p><span>
<div>Dopo 40 giorni, fare lo <b>sciroppo</b> facendo bollire l&#8217;acqua con lo zucchero.</div>
<p></span><b>
<div><b>Far raffreddare</b> ed unire all&#8217;infuso con i noccioli.</div>
<p></b><b>
<div><b>Far riposare</b> 8 giorni, poi <b>filtrare ed imbottigliare</b>.</div>

<div>Aspettare almeno <b>due mesi prima di degustare</b>.</div>

<div>A traditional Emilian liqueur with the taste of summer, always keep it in your pantry for a truly unique tasting experience. This recipe comes directly from my Grandma Gianna&#8217;s cookbook; she made it every year and always offered it to guests after dinner.</div>
<div>What should you do with peach pits left over from making jam and peaches in syrup?</div>
<div>Here&#8217;s a great idea to use them!</div>

<div>INGREDIENTS</div>
<div>&nbsp;* 1 liter food-grade alcohol</div>
<div>&nbsp;* 45 peach pits</div>
<div>&nbsp;* 350 ml water</div>
<div>&nbsp;* 300 gr granulated sugar</div>
<div>METHOD</div>
<div>Infuse the peach pits in alcohol for 40 days in a dark glass container.</div>
<div>After 40 days, prepare the syrup by boiling the water with the sugar.</div>
<div>Let it cool, then add it to the infusion with the peach pits.</div>
<div>Let it rest for 8 days, then strain and bottle.</div>
<div>Wait at least two months before tasting.</div>
