<p><b>Ingredients for 4 people</b><br />350 grams of Gragnano Macaroni<br />1 broccoli<br />extra virgin olive oil<br />salt, red pepper<br /><b><br /></b><b>For the sauce</b><br />2 fillets of sea bream If<br />1 clove of garlic<br />half a glass of wine<br />1 tablespoon rehydrated dried tomatoes before<br />1 tablespoon tomato sauce<br />salt,</p>
<p><b>Method</b><br />Clean the broccoli and let it boil gently.</p>
<p>In a pan, make a sauce with olive oil and garlic. Cook the fillets of sea bream inside then pour in the white wine and let evaporate the alcohol. With the tines of a fork go cut then add the dried tomatoes finely chopped and spoon the tomato sauce. Blow up everything then add the broccoli cut into small pieces.</p>
<p>In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta. When it is ready, drain it and toss it in the pan with the sauce. Serve immediately.</p>

<p><span><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone</b></span><br /><span>350 grammi di maccheroni di Gragnano</span><br /><span>1 broccolo</span><br /><span>olio extravergine di oliva</span><br /><span>sale, peperoncino</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>per la salsa&nbsp;</b></span><br /><span>2 filetti di orata Se</span><br /><span>1 spicchio di aglio</span><br /><span>mezzo bicchiere di vino</span><br /><span>1 cucchiaio di pomodori secchi reidratati prima</span><br /><span>1 cucchiaio di sugo di pomodoro</span><br /><span>sale,&nbsp;</span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span><span><b>Procedimento</b></span><br /><span>Pulite il broccolo e fatelo sbollentare leggermente.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>In una padella, fate un soffritto con olio e aglio. Fate cuocere i filetti di orata all&#8217;interno quindi sfumate con il vino bianco e fate evaporare completamente l&#8217;alcool. Con i rebbi di una forchetta sminuzzateli poi aggiungete i pomodori secchi tritati fini e il cucchiaio di sugo di pomodoro. Fate saltare il tutto poi aggiungete i broccoli tagliati a pezzi piccoli.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>In una pentola di acqua bollente, cuocete la pasta. Quando sarà pronta, scolatela e fatela saltare in padella con il condimento. Servite subito.</span></p>
