Piatto velocissimo da preparare, dal gusto particolare, ma che mi ha convinto come pochi altri!

Unico neo è la presentazione,  i cavolini con la forchetta non li rende attraenti, consiglio di tagliarli solo a metà! Per il resto non ha difetti, ci tengo infatti a pubblicarlo in questo mio blog dove raccolgo tutte le ricette degne di nota. Ingredienti

500 g di cavolini di Bruxelles

20 g di burro

2 cucchiai di olio

100 ml di panna da montare

mezza noce moscata

200g di castagne cotte 

sale

Mettere i cavoletti in una padella capiente, coprire con acqua bollente e cuocere per 8-10 minuti o fino a quando sono molto teneri (io al microonde nella pentola a pressione per 8 minuti a max potenza).

 Scolare e mettere sul fuoco così da lasciar asciugare per 5-6 minuti con l’olio, schiacciare con una forchetta fino a ottenere una consistenza spessa. 

Aggiungere il burro,la panna e noce moscata grattugiata e condire bene. Cuocere per altri 2 min. Unire le castagne tritate grossolanamente, cuocere ancora 2-3 minuti mescolando. Aggiustare di sale.

Servire tiepido, ma è ottimo anche a temperatura ambiente.
