<p>Sarebbero dovuto essere &#8220;Pannocchie al mais&#8221;&nbsp; di Giovanni Gandino,<br />mi piacevano troppo ma non avendo l&#8217;attrezzo x formare la pannocchia mi sono<br />accontentata di fare dei semplici panini..cambierà la forma ma&#8230;<br />la sostanza è rimasta!!</p>
<p>INGREDIENTI<br />400g.farina di grano tenero<br />100g.farina di mais(fioretto<br />250g.acqua<br />10g.lievito di birra<br />100g.mais lesso<br />20g.burro<br />12g.sale</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />Messo tutti gli ingredienti nella planetaria,formato l&#8217;impasto lo lasciamo coperto da pellicola<br />cca 1 ora,poi formiamo i panini (qui si dovrebbe creare con il posito attrezzo la pannocchia)<br />che io ho messo in una teglia con carta forno a rilievitare per ancora 30&#8242;.<br />Poi in forno x 15&#8242; a 180°!!</p>
