<li>un sacchettino di polpettine ( 200 gr macinato di vitello da sugo , un uovo, parmigiano grattuggiato q.b.)</li>
<li>2 carote</li>
<li>2 patate</li>
<li>un pezzetto di porro spezzettato</li>
<li>200 gr pasta tipo maccheroncini o farfalline</li>
<li>sale q.b.</li>
<li>olio evo q.b.</li>
<li>parmigiano grattuggiato</li>

<div>Preparate dapprima le polpettine mescolando il macinato, l&#8217;uovo e il parmigiano, quindi formate tante palline.</div>
<div>Potete congelarle e utilizzarle al bisogno oppure consumarle fresche.</div>
<div>Lavate e sbucciate le patate e le carote, quindi tagliatele a tocchetti, mettetele in una pentola con abbondante acqua salata, il porro sminuzzato e le polpettine, &nbsp;portate ad ebollizione quindi aggiungete la pasta e fate cuocere il tutto insieme.</div>
<div>Una volta cotta la pasta condite con olio evo e abbondante parmigiano grattuggiato e servite bella calda.</div>
