Orto in città, lo so che va tanto di moda, ma io che l’orto ce l’ho in campagna vi dico che fate bene a farlo sul vostro balcone, perchè non c’è soddisfazione più grande di raccogliere un pomodoro o un cetriolo che hai piantato, bagnato, legato al sostegno e visto crescere all’ultimo piano di un quartiere di Milano.

L’orto in città è ancora più difficile da far crescere, ma Sandra Longinotti, saprà aiutarvi, perchè oltre a farvi scoprire cosa sono i Begliuomini o l’Acmella (tranquilli, vi parla anche di viole e begonie), vi racconta la loro storia, interpreta tante gustose ricette fatte con questi fiori eduli, ma soprattutto oltre a mangiarli, li potete usare per decorare la casa e stupire gli amici. Curiosi di come sarà l’insalata frizzante o il soffio di borragine?

E ora che siamo nel pieno della fioritura della lavanda, oltre a gustose ricette, con Sandra, imparerete a fare le gabbiette profumate da mettere nei cassetti e nell’armadio, dei segnaposto insoliti per le cene con gli amici, ma cosa più importante, è che imparerete a capire un fiore e  a dargli una nuova visione. How good this paste with a particular format and fresh vegetables from my garden (except black olives course! :-).

Ingredients for 4 people
400 grams of pasta troccoli
20 cherry tomatoes
1 anchovy in oil
1 onion
1 garlic
2 yellow peppers
2 zucchini
basil
extra virgin olive oil
salt

Method
Cook the zucchini lightly.

Roast the peppers under the grill. When they are ready, remove the skin and grease them garlic. then cut into squares not very large

In a pan, make a fried with oil and shallots. Add the anchovies and continue to saute until the anchovy same is dissolved. Then add the tomatoes cut in half and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Also add the zucchini cut into rounds with a half glass of water and continue to cook until optimal cooking.

Finally add the olives, then jump turn off the heat and cover.

In a pot of hot water, cook the Troccoli. Sauté in a pan with the sauce, add some basil leaves and serve hot.

Quelle est la qualité de cette pâte avec un format particulier et des légumes frais de mon jardin (à l’exception des olives noires bien sûr! :-).

Pour 4 personnes
400 grammes de pâtes troccoli
20 tomates cerises
1 anchois dans l’huile
1 oignon
1 ail
2 poivrons jaunes
2 courgettes
basilic
huile d’olive extra vierge
sel

processus
Cuire les courgettes légèrement.

Rôtir les poivrons sous le gril. Quand ils sont prêts, enlever la peau et les graisser l’ail. puis couper en carrés pas très grandes

Dans une casserole, faire un frit avec de l’huile et les échalotes. Ajouter les anchois et continuer à faire revenir jusqu’à ce que l’anchois même est dissous. Ensuite, ajoutez les tomates coupées en deux et cuire à feu doux pendant environ 10 minutes. Également ajouter les courgettes coupées en rondelles avec un demi-verre d’eau et continuer à cuire jusqu’à ce que la cuisson optimale.

Enfin, ajoutez les olives, puis sauter éteindre le feu et couvrir.

Dans une casserole d’eau chaude, faire cuire les Troccoli. Sauté dans une casserole avec la sauce, ajouter quelques feuilles de basilic et servir chaud.


Che bontà questa pasta con un formato particolare e le verdure freschissime del mio orto (a parte le olive nere naturalmente!:-).

Ingredienti per 4 persone
400 grammi di pasta troccoli
20  pomodori ciliegini
1 acciuga sotto olio
1 cipolla
1 aglio
2 peperoni gialli
2 zucchine
basilico
olio extravergine di oliva
sale

Procedimento
Lessate le zucchine leggermente.

Arrostite i peperoni sotto il grill del forno. Quando saranno pronti, togliete la pelle e ungeteli di aglio. Tagliateli quindi a quadrati non molto grandi

In una padella, fate un soffritto con olio e scalogno. Aggiungete l’acciuga e continuate a soffriggere fino a quando l’acciuga stessa non si sarà sciolta. Unite quindi i pomodori tagliati a meta e cuocete a fuoco basso per circa 10 minuti. Aggiungete anche le zucchine tagliate a rondelle con un mezzo bicchiere di acqua e continuate a cuocere fino a cottura ottimale.

Per finire unite le olive, saltate poi spegnete il fuoco e coprite.

In una pentola di acqua calda, cuocete i troccoli. Fateli saltare in padella con il condimento, aggiungete qualche foglia di basilico poi servite caldo.

half finely chopped ginger root
1 head of radicchio

1 organic lemon

Preparation:
Peel, wash and clean all vegetables. Transferred all in a fairly large bowl, then also add the olives, soybeans and linseed. Season with oil, salt and lemon juice, minced ginger and served after about 10 minutes.

préparation:
Éplucher, laver et nettoyer tous les légumes. Transféré le tout dans un assez grand bol, puis ajouter les olives, le soja et les graines de lin. Assaisonner avec l’huile, le sel et le jus de citron, le gingembre haché et servi après environ 10 minutes.



Una carica di salute questa insalata che può essere gustata sia come contorno che come insalata. I colori mi portano alla mente un giardino di autunno.

Ingredienti per 4 persone:
1 finocchio
1 cucchiaio di semi di lino
8 olive verdi piccanti
mezza radice di zenzero tritato finissimo
1 cespo di radicchio
4 cucchiai di germogli di soia
1 porro
1 limone biologico
olio extravergine di oliva, sale

Preparazione:

Mondate, lavate e pulite tutte le verdure. Trasferite il tutto in una ciotola abbastanza capiente, quindi aggiungete anche le olive, i germogli di soia e i semi di lino. Condite con l’olio, il sale e il succo del limone, lo zenzero tritato e servite dopo circa 10 minuti.
