<div><span>Fatelo dorare dolcemente a fuoco basso.</span></div>

<div><span>Continuate la cottura del risotto aggiungendo poco brodo alla volta.</span></div>

<p>Aprire una tasca sul prosciutto e dopo averla condita con sale e pepe, coprirla con le fette di speck, inserendo la fesa di tacchino farcita. Ricucire la tasca, salare e pepare l&#8217;esterno e legare prima di porre in forno a 200 gradi per circa 4 ore.</p>
