Besciamella<br />
50 G Formaggio Fontina<br />
50 G Formaggio Emmenthal<br />
50 G Formaggio Caciotta<br />
50 G Mozzarella<br />
Burro<br />

<p>Preparazione</p>
<p>Lessate la pasta in acqua salata, scolatela al dente, conditela con il burro e i quattro formaggi grattugiati o tagliati a pezzetti piccolissimi. Riempite le barchette con un po&#8217; di pasta, copritela con uno o due cucchiai di besciamella. Disponetele su una teglia e fate gratinare in forno preriscaldato a 200 gradi.</p>
