<p>A wonderful pasta that I love so much, the &#8220;sedanini&#8221; seasoned with so many flavors that make you dream! When served, it looks like a fiery red sunset, both in color and in flavor!<br /><b><br /></b><b>Ingredients for 4 people:</b><br />360 grams of pasta type sedanini<br />500 grams of tomatoes Pachino<br />20 capers in oil<br />10 dried tomatoes<br />half a tablespoon of nduja<br />4 anchovies in oil<br />80 grams of green olives<br />1 hot pepper<br />sweet paprika<br />extra virgin olive oil, salt<br />fresh marjoram</p>
<p><b>Preparation:</b><br />Soften the dried tomatoes in cold water for about 2 hours. Then squeeze, chop finely and place in a bowl with a little oil and the chopped fresh marjoram hand. Cook for about 1 hour.</p>
<p>Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into pieces not very large. Brown them in a pan with oil and garlic. Cook stirring frequently for about 40 minutes. Then add the dried tomatoes, paprika and olives. Cook even further then add the anchovies, capers and nduja.</p>
<p>In a pot of hot water cook the pasta. When cooked obtained, drain and let stir-fry. Serve hot with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.</p>
<p><span>Una meravigliosa pasta che io amo tanto, i &#8220;sedanini&#8221; condite con tanti sapori che fanno sognare! Quando servita, sembra un tramonto rosso fuoco, sia nel colore che nel sapore!</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone:</b></span><br /><span>360 grammi di pasta tipo sedanini</span><br /><span>500 grammi di pomodori Pachino</span><br /><span>20 capperi di Pantelleria sott&#8217;olio</span><br /><span>10 pomodori secchi</span><br /><span>mezzo cucchiaio di nduja</span><br /><span>4 acciughe sotto olio</span><br /><span>80 grammi di olive verdi denocciolate</span><br /><span>1 peperoncino piccante</span><br /><span>paprika dolce</span><br /><span>olio extravergine di oliva, sale</span><br /><span>maggiorana fresca</span><br /><span><b><br /></b></span><span><b>Preparazione:</b></span><br /><span>Fate rinvenire i pomodori secchi in acqua fredda per circa 2 ore. Strizzateli quindi, tritateli finemente e metteteli in una ciotola con un filo di olio e la maggiorana fresca sminuzzata a mano. Fate insaporire per circa 1 ora.</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>Sbucciate i pomodori, eliminate i semi e tagliateli a pezzi non molto grandi. Fateli rosolare in una padella con olio e aglio. Cuocete girando spesso per circa 40 minuti. Unite quindi i pomodori secchi, la paprika e le olive. Fate insaporire ulteriormente quindi aggiungete anche le acciughe, i capperi e la nduja.&nbsp;</span><br /><span><br /></span><span>In una pentola di acqua calda fate cuocere la pasta. A cottura ottenuta, scolateli e fateli saltare in padella. Servite caldo con un filo di olio extravergine di oliva.</span></p>
