2 Scalogni<br />
18 Fiori Ibiscus</p>
<p>Preparazione</p>
<p>Scaldare l&#8217;aceto, aggiungerci lo scalogno finemente tritato, far bollire l&#8217;aceto qualche minuto.<br />
Fuori dalla fiamma aggiungere 12 fiori di ibiscus.<br />
Lasciar macerare 24 ore.<br />
Filtrare l&#8217;aceto e aggiungere il resto degli ibiscus freschi.</p>
