<p><span><b><i><br /></i></b></span><span><b><i>La Torta Slava è una torta che avevo in mente fare da tanto tempo, mi stuzzicava l&#8217;idea di una torta a tre strati di diversa consistenza ma infornata una sola volta. Uno strato di morbida frolla, uno di confettura, naturalmente del gusto preferito e un ultimo strato</i></b></span><br /><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a><span><b><i> di soffice meringa che letteralmente si scioglie in bocca. Un dolce di sicuro successo, veloce da preparare, tagliato a quadretti&nbsp;è già pronto per essere divorato. Per la farcitura ho scelto la biologica <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.fiordifrutta.it/varieta/fiordifrutta-lamponi/" target="_blank">Fiordifrutta Lamponi della Rigoni di Asiago</a> che con il suo sapore dolce e leggermente acidulo ha trionfato nella Torta Slava.</i></b></span><br />
<h2><b><i><span>Ricetta TORTA SLAVA</span></i></b></h2>
<p><span><b><i>Ingredienti per la frolla per una teglia 22&#215;30 cm.</i></b></span><br /><span><i>300 g di farina tipo 00</i></span><br /><span><i>80 g di zucchero</i></span><br /><span><i>150 g di margarina</i></span><br /><span><i>&nbsp;3 tuorli</i></span><br /><span><i>1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato</i></span><br /><span><i>1 pizzico di sale</i></span><br /><span><i><b>Ingredienti per la farcitura</b></i></span><br /><span><i>250 g di <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.fiordifrutta.it/varieta/fiordifrutta-lamponi/" target="_blank"><b>Fiordifrutta Lamponi della Rigoni di Asiago</b></a></i></span><br /><span><i><b>Ingredienti per la copertura di meringa</b></i></span><br /><span><i>3 albumi</i></span><br /><span><i>90 g di zucchero</i></span><br /><span><i><br /></i></span><span><i><b>Procedimento</b></i></span><br /><span><i>Prepariamo la frolla, mettendo nella ciotola dell&#8217;impastatrice o a mano la farina, lo zucchero, i rossi d&#8217;uova, il cucchiaino di bicarbonato,&nbsp;</i></span><br /><span><i><br /></i></span>
