<div><span><b><i>&nbsp;Il Pane alle Carote è un altro esperimento, riuscitissimo, di pane fatto in casa, dal profumo e dal colore particolare. Ottimo pane che si accompagna perfettamente con <span><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a></span>tutti i pasti. Una mollica morbida e ricca di alveoli racchiusa in una crosta croccante, perfetto. Ho preparato questo Pane alle Carote con il lievito madre, ma ovviamente è possibile preparalo anche con il lievito di birra, ne bastano solo 5 g. da sciogliere nell&#8217;acqua tiepida e poi seguire la ricetta.</i></b></span></div>

<div><i>poi&nbsp;</i><i>fare delle pieghe di rinforzo prendere un lembo di impasto tirarlo delicatamente e portarlo verso il centro, ripetere la stessa operazione dall&#8217;altro lato poi anche dai lati esterni fino a completare il giro dell&#8217;impasto, capovolgere il panetto e lasciarlo riposare per 30 minuti poi ripetere la stessa operazione per tre volte.&nbsp;</i><i>Dividere l&#8217;impasto e formare un filoncino allungarlo un pò ma molto dolcemente per non far rompere la lievitazione e, con l&#8217;altra parte ho diviso l&#8217;impasto per fare dei panini di circa 50 g ciascuno.&nbsp;</i></div>

<div><i>Accendere il forno a 200° e mettere un pentolino con acqua sul fondo, quando arriva alla temperatura infornare il pane a 190° per 20 minuti in forno statico poi togliere il pentolino e continuare in forno ventilato per altri 20 minuti, poi ancora 10 minuti solo grill con lo spiffero del forno aperto. Raffreddare nel forno, se lo vogliamo più croccante, poi continuare a farlo raffreddare su una gratella.&nbsp;</i></div>
