<div>Fate soffriggere e versate il riso.</div>

<div>Tostate il riso finché diventerà lucido ci vorranno 2 minuti circa.</div>
<div>Bagnate con il vino, lasciandone un po&#8217; e procedete&nbsp; la cottura con qualche mestolo</div>
<div>di brodo vegetale.</div>
<div>Per una buona cottura ci vorranno circa 15-18 minuti.</div>
