<p><span><i><b><br /></b></i></span><span><i><b>Visto il mio grande amore per i formaggi non potevo non essere tentata a partecipare al Contest del formaggio della Storica Fattoria del Palagiaccio, e così ho inviato la domanda di partecipazione. Richiesta accettata, e una mattina sono arrivati a casa ben tre tagli di formaggi diversi:</b></i></span><br /><span><i><b>- Gran Mugello</b></i></span><br /><span><i><b>- Tartufino del Mugello</b></i></span><br /><span><i><b>- Blu Mugello</b></i></span><br /><span><i><b>uno più buono dell&#8217;altro e, bisogna dirlo, tutti con buccia edibile, non va buttato nulla, nessuno spreco e, bontà infinita.</b></i></span><br /><span><i><b>Con uno o tutti e tre i tagli per il Contest bisogna preparare un menu di 2 portate a scelta tra antipasto, primo e secondo.</b></i></span><br /><span><b><i>Il menu che ho scelto per partecipare al Contest è un menu semplice come tutte le mie ricette, un menu che tutti possono replicare in ogni momento nella loro cucina e soprattutto un menu che esalta la bontà dei formaggi della Fattoria Palagiaccio.</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>Questo il mio menu per Lattidamangiare 2.0 della Storica Fattoria Palagiaccio:</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i><span>ANTIPASTO/FINGER FOOD</span>&#8212; Fagottini di Fagiolini e Tartufino, semplici fagottini di pasta sfoglia ripieni di fagiolini e Tartufino del Mugello.</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i><span>PRIMO PIATTO</span>&#8212; Gnocchi di Patate al Tartufino un&#8217;altro piatto semplice ma dal gusto particolare del Tartufino del Mugello&nbsp;</i></b></span><br />
<h2><span><b><i>Ricetta Fagottini di Fagiolini e Tartufino</i></b></span></h2>
<p><span><i><b>Ingredienti dell&#8217;<span>Antipasto</span></b></i></span><br /><span><i>1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia</i></span><br /><span><i>250 g di fagiolini</i></span><br /><span><i>100 g di tartufino</i></span><br /><span><i>6 olive bianche</i></span><br /><span><i><b>Procedimento</b></i></span><br /><span><i>Pulire e lessare i fagiolini in acqua salata.</i></span>
