<p><span><i>qualche fogliolina di menta&nbsp;</i></span></p>

<p><span>Laviamo le zucchine e tagliamole a tocchetti. Facciamole cuocere in padella con olio e sale.</span></p>

<p><span>A cottura ultimata aggiungiamole al pane bagnato nel latte, all&#8217;uovo e al parmigiano. Aggiungiamo anche della menta sminuzzata. Se l&#8217;impasto è un po&#8217; troppo morbido uniamo&nbsp; un po&#8217; di pane grattugiato.</span></p>
