<div>Per questa ricetta ho utilizzato la <b>paprica in polvere da cucina&nbsp;Alì Babà di</b>&nbsp;<b><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.ethnicworld.it/" target="_blank">Ethnic Food</a></b>, per dare <b>un tocco esotico</b> a queste gustosissime patate.</div>

<div>INGREDIENTI (per 4 persone)
<div>

<li>patate medie 8</li>
<li>paprica in polvere</li>
<li>olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva</li>
<li>sale</li>
<li>pepe</li>
</ul>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO
</p>
<div>Lavare e asciugare le patate, lasciandole con la buccia.<br />Infilare ogni patata in uno stecco da spiedino.<br />Incidere le patate in diagonale, ruotandole su se stesse, per tutta la loro lunghezza: il taglio deve essere profondo, fino allo spiedino di legno e largo al massimo mezzo centimetro.<br />Aprire leggermente le patate creando una spirale.<br />Metterle in una teglia su un unico strato e condire con olio, sale, pepe e paprica, cercando di farla entrare anche tra le fette.<br />Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 20 minuti: al termine della cottura le patate dovranno risultare ben cotte.<br />Sfornare e servire calde.&nbsp;</div>
