<p>Ingredienti</p>
<p>300 gr di zucchero di canna<br />
4 cucchiai di succo di limone<br />
15 cucchiai di succo di frutta<br />
3 cucchiaini di agar agar</p>
<p>Esecuzione</p>
<p>Mettere l’agar agar sul fuoco, con un po’ di acqua, per qualche minuto. Spegnere non appena si addensa<br />
Versare lo zucchero con il limone e il succo di frutta in un pentolino.<br />
Tenere sul fuoco finquando lo zucchero non si sarà sciolto.<br />
Aggiungere l’agar agar e mescolare bene.<br />
Versare il composto negli stampini per il ghiaccio e riporre in frigo per qualche ora.<br />
Non appena si saranno indurite, uscirle dal frigo e cospargerle di zucchero.</p>
