<p><b>Ingredienti per 1 persona:</b><b><br /></b><br /><b><br /></b>300 g di cavolfiore<br />70 gr di albume<br />1 uovo<br />1/2 avocado<br />1 cucchiaio di semi di girasole<br />1 cucchiaio e 1/2 di semi di lino<br />1 cucchiaio di semi di sesamo ( Più quelli per la guarnizione )<br />1/2 limone<br />Sale<br />Pepe<br />Peperoncino</p>

<p><b><br /></b><b>Come si fa:</b><br /><b><br /></b>Preriscaldate il forno a 200 °<br />Lavate il cavolfiore e tagliatelo a pezzi.<br />Mettetelo nella ciotola del robot da cucina, unite l&#8217;albume, sale, pepe, i semi e azionate fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.<br />Foderate una teglia con la carta forno, versate l&#8217;impasto, livellatelo e infornate fino a che non è ben dorato.<br /><b>consiglio:</b> Per asciugarlo e risparmiare un po&#8217; di tempo potete mettere il forno ventilato e &nbsp;il grill.<br />Tagliate l&#8217;avocado a fettine, cospargetelo con limone, sale, pepe e i semi di sesamo.<br />Cuocete l&#8217;uovo in un tegamino antiaderente.<br />Componete il toast con la base di cavolfiore, le fettine di avocado e infine adagiate sopra l&#8217;uovo.<br />Salate e pepate.</p>

<p><b>Ingredients for 1 person:</b></p>
<p>300 g &nbsp;cauliflower<br />70 g &nbsp;egg white<br />1 egg<br />1/2 ripe avocado<br />1 sunflower spoon<br />1 and 1/2 tablespoon &nbsp;flaxseed<br />1 tablespoon sesame seeds (More those for the guarnish)<br />1/2 lemon<br />Salt<br />Pepper<br />Chili flakes</p>
<p><b>Direction:</b></p>
<p>Preheat oven to 200° degrees<br />Wash the cauliflower and cut into pieces.<br />Put it into food processor bowl add the egg white, salt, pepper, seeds and blend until smooth.<br />Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the mixture, level well and bake until it is golden brown.<br /><b>Tips: </b>To dry it &nbsp;and save some cook &#8216;time you can activate the convection oven and / or grill.<br />Cut the avocado into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sesame seeds.<br />Cook the egg in a non-stick frying pan.<br />Prepare the toast with the &nbsp;cauliflower base, avocado slices and finally the egg.<br />Salt and pepper to taste.</p>
