<div><span>Even if we absolutely prefer fresh <b>cherries</b>, we decided to make a cake whit them. We made a<b> gluten free cake</b> because we had a friend of ours for the afternoon tea. We used only <b>rice flour</b> for this cake. Furthermore, we did not use butter, in order to have a tasty but light cake.&nbsp;</span></div>

<div><span lang="es"><i><span>Aunque las preferimos</span>&nbsp;seguramente cuando son crudas,&nbsp;las <b>cerezas&nbsp;</b>cuando estàn totalmente&nbsp;maduras&nbsp;se prestan&nbsp;para ser un buen&nbsp;ingrediente para&nbsp;un delicioso pastel&nbsp;como el que&nbsp;hemos&nbsp;preparado para&nbsp;un aperitivo&nbsp;con un&nbsp;amigo&nbsp;intolerante al <b>gluten</b>:&nbsp;hemos<span>, de hecho</span>,&nbsp;utilizado sólo&nbsp;la harina de arroz&nbsp;.&nbsp;Ni siquiera le pusimos&nbsp;<span>mantequilla</span><span>,</span>&nbsp;para que sea&nbsp;más ligera:&nbsp;un aperitivo&nbsp;delicioso y&nbsp;ligero,&nbsp;quieren más?</i></span></div>

If you are luckier than us, and you can buy cherries directly from the farmers, at a conveniente price, make jam to preserve the sweet flavour of the <b>cherries </b>as long as you can. Another way to preserve cherries is in spirits: it is a good way to have cherries when they are out of season. It’s easy: rinse and dry the cherries, place them in a jar, cover with pure 90% alcohol (grappa or rhum will work as well). On next Christmas you will offer your own cherries to your family and friends.&nbsp;</span><br /><span>But now, let’s go to make the cake!</span><br /><span><span><br /></span></span>
