Se vogliamo rendere il nostro gelato ancora più speciale e gradevole da servire, possiamo utilizzare degli stampini di varie forme: io ho utilizzato lo stampo a forma di cuore </span><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.silikomart.com/blog/products/gel03mb-mini-heart-ic?from=182" target="_blank">Easy Cream Mini</a><span> di </span><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.silikomart.com/home_silikomart_it.html" target="_blank">Silikomart</a><span>, in cui si può inserire lo stecchino per ottenere dei fantastici gelati con lo stecco da offrire ai bambini come merenda.</span></p>
<p>INGREDIENTI (per 3 gelati)</p>
</p>
<ul>
<li>panna fresca 150 g</li>
<li>mascarpone 150 g</li>
<li>amaretti 50 g</li>
<li>miele 2 cucchiai</li>
</ul>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO</p>
<p>In una ciotola montare la panna con le fruste: quando sarà montata, unire il miele e il mascarpone e continuare a mescolare con le fruste.<br />Unire anche gli amaretti, sbriciolandoli con le mani, e amalgamarli al resto.<br />Distribuire il composto negli stampini e inserire gli stecchi di legno.<br />Mettere in frigorifero e aspettare almeno tre ore prima di servire.<br />Togliere i gelati dallo stampo e servirli subito.<br />Consiglio: questi gelati si possono preparare in anticipo e conservare qualche giorno in freezer.</p>
