<li><span>200 g di nocciole sgusciate e con la pellicina</span></li>

<li><span>50 g. di farina 0 o 00</span></li>
<li><span>50 g. di fecola</span></li>
<li><span>130 g. di zucchero semolato</span></li>
<li><span>50 g. di zucchero di canna (o tutto zucch. semolato)</span></li>
<li><span>Scorza grattugiata e poco succo di un limone</span></li>
<li><span>30 ml di olio di semi di girasole (io, bio spremuto a freddo meccanicamente)</span></li>

<li><span>Tostare metà delle nocciole disponendole sulla placca del forno a 160° per 10&#8242; (controllarle perché si tostano velocemente) e farle raffreddare.</span></li>
<li><span>Tritare tutte le nocciole (tostate e non) in un mixer, insieme a metà dello zucchero e a due cucchiai di farina, fino a ridurle in polvere.</span></li>
