<div><i><span>Quindi cerchiamo, il più possibile, di essere autarchici e sopperire al vuoto di queste settimane.</span></i></div>
<div><i><span>E&#8217; una preparazione semplicissima con la stessa tecnica della polenta. <p><b>Ingredienti per 6 persone (naturalmente potete dimezzare)</b></p>
<p>- 500 gr. farina di ceci<br />- 1,500 l. di acqua<br />- 1 cucchiaio di sale<br />- prezzemolo a piacere</p>
<p><b>Procedimento:</b><br />- mescolare la farina di ceci con l&#8217;acqua che diventerà una pastella fluida e senza grumi.<br />- Aggiungere il sale e mettere sul fuoco medio<br />- cuocere mescolando , come se fosse polenta, sino a che il composto comincia a staccarsi dalle pareti<br />- aggiungere il prezzemolo e versare il composto in uno stampo da plum cake<br />-fare riposare al fresco almeno due ore<br />- sformare l&#8217;impasto su un tagliere e tagliarlo a fettine sottili<br />- friggere in abbondante olio bollente o in friggitrice a 190° per un paio di minuti<br />- scolarle su carta assorbente e farcire i panini mettendo anche un pizzico di sale</p>
