<div><i><span>Oggi vi propongo uno degli antipasti che introducono le altre pietanze,nelle mie cene <b>&#8220;TUNISINE&#8221;</b> anche se, il <b>Brick</b>, è un cibo da strada comune anche in Libano.</span></i></div>
<div><i><span>Le sfoglie Brick si trovano facilmente nei negozi di cibi etnici e, da un pò, anche nei supermercati.&nbsp;</span></i></div>
<div><i><span>La farcia è composta da patate lesse e schiacciate , capperi dissalati, tonno sott&#8217;olio in scatola, prezzemolo fresco.</span></i></div>
<div><i><span>Si fanno dei fagottini che vanno fritti, velocemente , in una larga padella.&nbsp;</span></i><br /><i><span>Serviteli caldi ,i &nbsp;vostri ospiti impazziranno!!</span></i><br /><i><span><b>Mi scuso per la pessima qualità delle foto ma, non è facile fotografare quando gli ospiti sono già a tavola&#8230;.</b></span></i></div>
<p><b>Ingredienti per 4 persone:</b><br />- 1 conf. di fogli Brick da 10<br />- 250 gr. di patate lesse e schiacciate<br />- 1 scatoletta di tonno sott&#8217;olio da 80gr.<br />- 3 cucchiai di prezzemolo fresco tritato<br />- 2 cucchiai di capperi salati, ben <b>DISSALATI</b> e tritati<br />- olio di semi per friggere</p>
<p><b>Procedimento:</b><br />- lessare le patate, con la buccia, &nbsp;con 2 cucchiaini di sale<br />- quando saranno cotte, scolarle, pelarle e schiacciarle con lo schiacciapatate<br />- mettere le patate in una ciotola e aggiungere gli altri ingredienti<br />- mescolare bene e aggiustare di sale<br />- aprire la confezione dei brick<br />- i fogli sono separati , singolarmente, da una sottile pellicola di plastica<br />- ponete al centro di ogni brick un cucchiaio , abbondante, di farcia<br />- staccare il brick dal foglio di pellicola, con molta delicatezza<br />- chiudere a fazzoletto o ad involtino, secondo il vostro gusto<br />- friggere, brevemente, &nbsp;in abbondante olio di semi in una larga padella</p>
