<p><strong>Ricetta per il pesto:</strong><br />
15 foglie di basilico<br />
120 g di pomodorini<br />
70 g di ricotta<br />
70 g di parmigiano<br />
40 g di mandorle<br />
70 ml olio evo<br />
Sale e pepe quanto basta</p>
<p><strong>Procedimento</strong><br />
Il procedimento è semplice, dovete frullare tutto insieme ed il pesto è pronto.<br />
Tagliate un po&#8217; di melanzana a listarelle e soffriggete nell&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva, successivamente aggiungete pesto e melanzane ai vostri fusilli cotti, per finire aggiungete una granella di mandorle tostate e mescolate tutto.. et voilà il piatto é pronto</p>
