<p><i><span><br /></span></i><i><span>I <b>BISCOTTI AL MUESLI</b> sono una preparazione facilissima e golosa .&nbsp;</span></i><br /><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a><br /><i><span>Un valido e appagante intermezzo per colmare quel &#8216;vuoto&#8217; interiore che si trasforma in fame.&nbsp;</span></i><br /><i><span>Utile per eliminare un residuo di muesli che giace in dispensa e che, comunque, ha un costo e rende questi biscottini rustici e profumati . Li ho arricchiti con mandorle e noci che fanno tanto bene alla salute e scorzette di arancia candite homemade che troverete <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://pasticciepasticcini-mimma.blogspot.com/2013/01/scorzette-di-arancia-candite.html">quì</a><b>.&nbsp;</b></span></i><br /><i><span>Vi avverto: <b>DANNO DIPENDENZA !!!&nbsp;</b></span></i></p>
<p><b>Ingredienti:</b><br />- 300 gr. muesli classico<br />- 300 gr. farina 00<br />- 100 gr. zucchero di canna o semolato<br />- 50 gr. scorzette d&#8217;arancia candita<br />- 100 gr. di mandorle <b>NON</b> pelate<br />- 100 gr. gherigli di noci<br />- 2 cucchiaini lievito per dolci<br />- 1 bustina vanillina<br />- 1 cucchiaio di cannella macinata<br />- 100 gr. di burro morbido oppure 100 gr. di olio di semi di girasole<br />- 30 gr. di latte<br />- 1 pizzico di sale</p>
<p><b>Procedimento:</b><br />- tritare grossolanamente il muesli e metterlo in una ciotola<br />- tostare le mandorle e le noci in una padella antiaderente, tritare grossolanamente<br />- tritare grossolanamente le scorzette d&#8217;arancia candita<br />- in una ciotola capiente o nella planetaria impastare tutti gli ingredienti sino ad ottenere un composto malleabile , nè duro nè troppo morbido.<br />- lasciare riposare mezz&#8217;ora<br />- prendere piccole porzioni di impasto, spianarlo con il matterello su un piano infarinato, a circa mezzo centimetro e tagliare i biscotti con una formina sino ad esaurimento dell&#8217;impasto<br />- disporre i biscotti su carta forno nelle teglie e infornare a 180° per 10 minuti<br />- sfornare e lasciare raffreddare<br />- si conservano a lungo croccanti e fragranti in sacchetti da frigo</p>
