<p><b><u>Ingredienti:</u></b><br />2 cucchiai di olio di oliva bio<br />4 zucchine tagliate a dadini<br />2 spicchi d&#8217;aglio tritati<br />succo di 1 lime<br />1 barattolo di mais da 200 gr (surgelato o in barattolo)<br />sale Kosher, pepe nero macinato al momento<br />2 cucchiai di Parmigiano grattugiato<br />2 cucchiai di foglie di coriandolo fresco tritato<br />1/4 cucchiaino di basilico essiccato<br />1/4 cucchiaino di origano essiccato<br />1/4 cucchiaino di timo essiccato</p>
<p><b><u>Procedimento:</u></b><br />Scaldare 2 cucchiai di olio d&#8217;oliva in una pentola e aggiungere 2 spicchi d&#8217;aglio tritati e mescolando farlo ammorbidire per 1 minuto.<br />Aggiungere le zucchine e il mais, il basilico, l&#8217;origano e il timo e lasciare cuocere per 3-4 minuti (io ho lasciato cuocere il tutto una decina di minuti).<br />Insaporire aggiungendo sale e pepe, il succo di 1 lime e del coriandolo fresco tritato (anche del prezzemolo fresco va benissimo).<br />Servire immediatamente aggiungendo il Parmigiano grattugiato.</p>

<div><b><u>Ingredienti per 4 porzioni:</u></b><br />4 zucchine</div>
<div>75 gr di Parmigiano Reggiano grattugiato<br />½ cucchiaino di timo essiccato<br />½ &nbsp;cucchiaino di origano<br />½ cucchiaino di basilico essiccato<br />1/4 cucchiaino di aglio in polvere<br />sale Kosher e pepe nero da macinare al momento<br />2 cucchiai di olio di oliva<br />2 cucchiai di prezzemolo fresco tritato</p>

<p><b><u>Preparazione:</u></b><br />Accendere il forno a 180°C.<br />In una ciotola combinare il Parmigiano grattugiato, il timo, l&#8217;origano, il basilico, l&#8217;aglio in polvere e un pizzico di sale e pepe.</p>

<p>Tagliare ogni zucchina in 4 parti nel senso della lunghezza, posizionare ogni fettina sulla griglia da forno rivestita di carta.<br />Irrorarle con un filo d&#8217;olio e spolverizzare il mix di erbe aromatiche con il Parmigiano.<br />Mettere in forno e lasciar cuocere per circa 15 minuti fino a doratura.<br />Servire subito, aggiungendo del prezzemolo tritato fresco a piacere.</p>
