			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Qualche weekend fa sono ritornata a Firenze. Ogni volta che&nbsp; torno in questa fantastica città mi piace&nbsp; rivedere i posti conosciuti, dove ormai mi sento a casa e allo stesso tempo mi piace lasciarmi stupire da nuovi luoghi e nuovi sapori.
<div>Come dico sempre non si conosce una città, un luogo se non si prova la sua cucina e Firenze ha sempre molto da offrire.</div>

<div>Prima tappa a cui non si può rinunciare è Da&#8217; Vinattieri, adoro questo piccolo posticino dove potete assaggiare cose deliziose. Il panino con lampredotto, in versione classica e non e una miriade di schiacciate che sono la fine del mondo, dalla più classica stracchino e finocchiona ai sapori più ricercati.</div>

<p>Altra tappa fondamentale nel mio ristorante preferito, &#8220;la Cantinetta&#8221; dove vi consiglio di andare per assaggiare i piatti tipici della cucina toscana, tra cui naturalmente anche la Fiorentina.</p>

<div>Un&#8217;altra cosa che vi consiglio di assaggiare e che non avevo mai provato è il Peposo, un piatto della cucina povera toscana. È uno stracotto di manzo che viene cotto per 5 ore con il vino e diverse spezie tra cui anche il pepe, da qui il nome Peposo.</div>

<div>Lo potete trovare in versione tradizionale o in versione panino da &#8220;Cinto&#8221;, un locale aperto da poco a Firenze e che merita una visita.</div>

<p>&nbsp;Per finire un consiglio su dove fare una buona colazione &#8230;la Pasticceria Sieni, una delle pasticcerie più antiche di Firenze, nascosta dietro le bancarelle del mercato di San Lorenzo.</div>
<div>Nella saletta all&#8217;ingresso si possono ancora ammirare i vecchi forni che venivano utilizzati una volta.</div>
