<p><span>Quante volte abbiamo avanzato gli albumi&#8230;specialmente se abbiamo preparato delle creme o altro???</span><br /><span>IO di solito li conservo in un unico contenitore, ma se non sono sicura di usarli nell&#8217;immediato&#8230;li congelo avendo l&#8217;accortezza di scriverne o il numero o il peso..</span><br /><span>Un albume medio peso all&#8217;incirca 35 gr &nbsp;ma se le uova sono grosse, com&#8217;è ovvio, il peso aumenta..</span><br /><span>Io nella ricetta che propongo oggi alle amiche che passano di qui ho preferito indicarne il peso tanto per eliminare dubbi ..</span><br /><span>Consiglio di montare subito gli albumi ( nel mio caso scongelati per tempo e a temperatura ambiente)&#8230;</span><br /><span>Si possono lasciare da parte qualche minuto senza che si smontino mentre &nbsp;si prepara l&#8217;impasto&#8230;</span><br /><span>Gli stuzzicadenti divertenti che ho usato come unica decorazione li ho acquistati da Tiger che è una catena di negozi che si trova ovunque ( io li ho scoperti la prima volta all&#8217;aereoporto di Caselle e avrei comprato..TUTTO!!)</span><br /><span>E anche questa volta non ho saputo resistere ..infatti ho comprato anche diverse spezie a prezzo ottimo!</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><br /></span>
