<p>Preparazione</p>
<p>Tagliate a pezzetti le verdure e mettetele a soffriggere lentamente in una casseruola, aggiungete poi 1/2 bicchiere di vino. Allargate le verdure e al centro della casseruola mettete la carne fate rosolare e poi unite il restante vino, lasciate evaporare, coprite e mandate a cottura. Servite con le verdure a pezzi oppure passate al mixer.</p>
