<div><span>Era da tempo che volevo realizzare questo fiore salato, mi piace molto l&#8217;effetto scenografico dei petali ed il fatto che si possano staccare uno ad uno per gustarli..</span></div>
<div><span>Si puo&#8217; farcire a proprio piacere, ma essendo la prima volta che lo preparavo, ho voluto provarlo con qualcosa di semplice come la philadelphia alle erbe.</span></div>

<div><span><b>Ingredienti per un fiore da 24-26 cm</b></span></div>
<div><span><br /></span></div>
<div><span>300 g di farina di semola di grano duro</span></div>
<div><span>150 g di farina 00</span></div>
<div><span>90 g di lievito madre secco (io<span>&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.ruggerishop.it/" target="_blank">Ruggeri</a>&nbsp;</span>) In alternativa 15-20 g di lievito di birra fresco</span></div>
<div><span>50 g di olio extra vergine di oliva</span></div>
<div><span>230-240 g di latte</span></div>
<div><span>1 uovo</span></div>
<div><span>30 g di zucchero</span></div>
<div><span>2 cucchiaini rasi di sale</span></div>
<div><span>200 g di philadelphia alle erbe o altro formaggio spalmabile</span></div>
<div><span>1 uovo e un goccio di latte per spennellare</span></div>
<div><span>Semi di Sesamo q. b.</span></div>

<div><span><b>Procedimento:</b></span></div>
<div><span>Mettere nel boccale il latte, l&#8217;olio, lo zucchero, il lievito e lavorare 2 Min. 37° Vel. 3.</span></div>
<div><span>Aggiungere le farine, l&#8217;uovo, il sale e impastare 3 Min. Vel. Spiga.</span></div>
<div><span>L&#8217;impasto deve risultare ben asciutto e compatto ma non duro.</span></div>
<div><span>Coprire e far lievitare 1 ora dentro il boccale chiuso e coperto.</span></div>

<div><span>Stendere l&#8217;impasto formando una sfoglia sottile e formare tanti cerchi.</span></div>

<div><span>Cuocere il fiore di crisantemo in forno caldo a 180-200° per circa 20-30 Min.</span></div>

<div><span>Fare intiepidire leggermente,&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>estrarlo delicatamente dalla teglia, portare in tavola e servire.</span></div>
