<p>Eh già&#8230; l&#8217;<strong><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://abcincucina.blogspot.it/2014/10/diamo-il-via-allabbecedario-culinario.html">Abbecedario Culinario Mondiale</a></strong> è arrivato in Cina&#8230; ospitato magistralmente da <strong>Carla Emilia</strong> del blog <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://arbanelladibasilico.blogspot.com.es/2016/02/tagliolini-alle-verdure-e-la-cina.html"><strong>Un&#8217;arbanella di basilico</strong>.</a></p>
<p>Ma secondo voi bastano 3 settimane per esplorare una cucina vasta quanto lo è la nazione stessa? &#8230;ovviamente no&#8230; e diventa ancora piú frustrante quando per due settimane sono stata a dieta in bianco causa orticaria! &#8230;ora ricomincio a mangiare normale (come se a casa mia si mangiasse normale <span title=';)'>;)</span> ) &#8230;e quindi <strong>in questi ultimi giorni di tappa cinese voglio cucinare un po&#8217; di cose</strong> &#8230;quindi preparatevi a farvi venire gli occhi a mandorla nei prossimi giorni! <span title=';)'>;)</span></p>

<p><strong>Una cosa che mi piace della cucina cinese è la velocità, l&#8217;immediatezza</strong>&#8230; Per carità ci sono anche ricette più elaborate&#8230; dall&#8217;anatra laccata alla preparazione dei ravioli&#8230; ma molti altri piatti hanno<strong> una cottura rapida dentro al mitico wok</strong> &#8230;idee perfette per quando si va di fretta a cui dovremmo attingere e farci ispirare.</p>
<p>&#8230;e visto il mio scarso tempo le ricette che vi presenterò sono sul genere! <span title=';)'>;)</span></p>
<p>Inizio da questo <strong>Pollo Chow Mein!</strong> <span title=':)'>:)</span></p>
<p><em><strong>Chow Mein</strong></em> in mandarino vuol dire <em><strong>spaghetti fritti</strong></em>&#8230; <em>(in inglese fried noodles)</em>&#8230; i quali vengono accompagnati <strong>dal pollo e da verdure croccanti e sono un classico take away cinese.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Gli spaghetti tipici sono quelli di frumento</strong> che, fortuna vuole, vende spesso il Lidl quando ha la settimana di cucina asiatica. Io ne avevo giusto un pacco a casa&#8230; quindi come non cimentarsi in questo piatto?! <span title=';)'>;)</span></p>
<p>Come ogni piatto famoso di varianti se ne trovano molte, io per farlo <strong>ho seguito la ricetta della chef anglo-cinese Ching He Huang</strong>, autrice di libri e conduttrice di vari programmi di cucina. Nello specifico la ricetta l&#8217;ho presa dal libro <em><strong>&#8220;Chinese food made easy&#8221;</strong></em>.</p>
<p>È davvero un piatto veloce da fare e buonissimo&#8230; inoltre è completo, noodles&#8230; pollo&#8230; verdure&#8230; tutto assieme appassionatamente! <span title=';)'>;)</span></p>

<p><em><strong>Per 2 persone:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>150 gr di noodles di frumento</li>
<li>olio di sesamo</li>
<li>olio di semi</li>
<li>300 gr di petto di pollo tagliato a cubetti</li>
<li>salsa di soia</li>
<li>1 cucchiaino di cinque spezie cinesi</li>
<li>1 cucchiaio di amido di mais</li>
<li>1 peperone rosso</li>
<li>1 cipollotto grande</li>
<li>150 gr di germogli di soia</li>
<li>1 cucchiaino di salsa piccante (facoltativa)</li>
</ul>
<p>Cuocere i noodles per 3 minuti in acqua bollente. Scolarli, metterli sotto acqua fredda corrente, scolarli di nuovo e metterli in una ciotola con uno o due cucchiai di olio di sesamo, mescolando bene, così che non si attacchini tra loro.</p>
<p>In una ciotola mescolare il pollo con una spruzzata di salsa di soia, le cinque spezie cinesi e l&#8217;amido di mais.</p>
<p>Scaldare il wok, unire 2 cucchiai di olio di semi e quando è ben caldo unire il pollo, facendolo saltare per 3/5 minuti o finché cotto. Unite il peperone tagliato a cubetti e saltate per 1 minuto, aggiungete i germogli di soia, il cipollotto a fette e saltate per 1/2 minuti. Unite nel wok i noodles insaporendo con una spruzzata di salsa di soia e 1 cucchiaino di olio di sesamo.</p>
<p>Se vi piace aggiungete anche la salsa piccante.</p>
<p>Servite immediatamente.</p>

<h2><span>Chicken Chow Mein</span></h2>
<p>The<a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://abcincucina.blogspot.it/2014/10/diamo-il-via-allabbecedario-culinario.html"><strong> World Culinary Abc</strong> </a>is now exploring the wide world of <strong>Chinese Cuisine</strong>!</p>
<p>3 weeks aren&#8217;t enough to properly go through all the Chinese recipes I&#8217;d love to try&#8230; and this is also the last week&#8230; Anyway I&#8217;ll try to cook as much chinese recipes as I can&#8230; So get ready, cos in the next few days you&#8217;ll see more chinese food on these pages! <span title=';)'>;)</span></p>
<p><strong>One of the things I love the most of this Cuisine is its quickness</strong>&#8230; You can prepare<strong> a full meal</strong> (as this one can be) <strong>in minutes</strong> &#8230;and they are so<strong> flavourful</strong>! &#8230;I know these are more elaborated dishes, like Peking duck or homemade dumplings&#8230; Brut these are so manu easy and quick dishes to try&#8230; and so perfect for me and the short spare time I have lately.</p>
<p><strong>Chow Mein means<em> &#8220;Fried noodles&#8221;</em></strong> and it&#8217;s one of the most popular take away chinese dish. The proper noodles are shi wheat noodles, yellow or white is fine.</p>
<p>Among the many recipes you can find I decided to follow <strong>Ching He Huan recipe</strong> from her book <em><strong>&#8220;Chinese Food Made Easy&#8221;.</strong></em></p>
<p>It&#8217;s easy, quick to prepare and so full of taste! <span title=':)'>:)</span> &#8230;one of my new favourite quick meals! <span title=';)'>;)</span></p>

<p><em><strong>For 2 persons:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>150 gr shi wheat noodles</li>
<li>sesame oil</li>
<li>groundnut oil</li>
<li>300 gr chicken breast cut in strips</li>
<li>soy sauce</li>
<li>1 tsp chinese five spices</li>
<li>1 tbsp cornstarch</li>
<li>1 red bell pepper</li>
<li>1 big spring onion</li>
<li>150 gr bean sprouts</li>
<li>1 tsp chilli sauce (optional)</li>
</ul>
<p>Cook noodles for 3 minutes in hot boiling water. Drai, run under cold water, drain again then drizzle with sesame oil and toss to prevent from sticking.</p>
<p>In a bowl season chicken with five spices, a splash of soy sauce and cornstarch. Heat a wok over high heat, add groundnut oil and heat until smoking. Add the chicken  and stir-fry for 4/5 minutes, until is cooked.</p>
<p>Add red pepper, cut in small cubes and stir-fry for one minute. Add bean sprouts and sliced spring onion and stir-fry for another minute. Add cooked noodles and season with soy sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil. If you like add some chilli sauce. Serve immediately.</p>
